Opinions?

Ok, having a little trouble making up mind here, and since I’m hardly the most objective person where this is concerned, I thought I’d throw this open to all you guys who read my blog (which is, like, prob all 3 of you).

Situation is thus:

I am looking to move agencies. To date, I have a lunch appointment with this other agency tomorrow, supposedly to meet the potential partner and some other people. Think of this as a second interview, if you will. Problem is, I’m not THAT keen on working at that agency and would send out resume to other agencies except….

…there’s a review coming up in my current agency next month. Well, end of October actually, and if there’s any pay adjustment, it will be reflected in the paycheque at end November.

Now, the question is, do I wait till AFTER end November so when I move agencies I can ask for a higher pay (on account of my current pay being this-and-that much, even though I JUST got it. Heh.) or do I forfeit it and just jump now?

The reason I’m seeking other opinions is ‘cause I’m really a bit too involved in this and I dunno if my apprehensions stem from a reluctance to move to a new place (ya know, the whole comfort thing) or from a more practical (and mercenary) aspect.

And if I wait out till end November, do I wait out till around February where the bonus would most probably come (which might be a LITTLE bit more significant this year around by all accounts).

Any comments and opinions on this issue would be much appreciated. Thankies all. :)
